A true single-vineyard Pinot Noir, 100 percent hand-picked from selected parcels on our Red Hill estate, with only the most premium barrels chosen for the final wine. Elegant, precise, and built to reward a little patience.

Perfumed red cherry, wild strawberry and a touch of spice lead into a silky, structured palate. Fine tannins and natural acidity carry a long, savoury finish.

100 percent de-stemmed and fermented in small open pots, using a mix of cultured and wild yeasts. Ferments began three to five days after picking and were gently plunged up to twice a day for around two weeks. The wine was then pressed to French oak, allowed to complete malolactic fermentation naturally, and matured in barrel for ten months.
