Juicy red berries and gentle spice over soft tannins, finishing smooth and easy. A genuine cool-climate Pinot Noir at an everyday price.

100 percent de-stemmed and fermented in small open pots, using a mix of cultured and wild yeasts, gently plunged daily for around two weeks. Pressed to French oak, taken through natural malolactic fermentation, and matured in barrel for ten months.
